WEBNET

Founded in 1996, Webnet was one of the first French IT services companies devoted to the Internet. It developed by working primarily on a fixed-price basis. After the Internet crisis, which affected the company until 2005, it rapidly redeveloped until 2008, when we conducted an MBO along with three members of the firm's management, buying out the founder, Thierry Schwab, entirely. At the end of a phase of considerable organic growth, marked by the opening of offices in Lyon and Nantes, Initiative & Finance sold its stake to the management, backed by Alliance Entreprendre, in 2016.
