Created in 2001, and specializing in transition management for top management functions, Valtus helps companies through periods of transformation, transition and crisis, bringing in top-level managers from the outside for limited periods. Valtus has a qualified database of more than 4,500 top-level managers ready to get involved in all major functions: top management, financial, legal, marketing, sales, industrial, IT, HR, etc. To fuel its growth, Valtus has more than doubled its number of partners since Initiative & Finance first invested. Having accomplished its 5-year goals within two years, Valtus was the target of a new LBO in February 2020, alongside a pair of minority financial investors, in order to rebalance the respective stakes of the various current partners while leaving room for new partners to come onboard.
