A leader in the targeted segment of administrative management of small- and medium-sized public and private healthcare institutions, Mediane offers a complete and integrated suite of management software. This suite includes the economic and financial management of establishments, the administrative management of patients, invoicing and human resources management. The strategy spearheaded by Thierry Ganter, the buyer in this Management Buy-In operation and the former founder of a software company, was initially to improve functional coverage and to modernize the product range. Subsequently, Mediane incorporated a decision assistance component in its offer, via the acquisition of Axege, a company specializing in medical and economic management software. Having supported Thierry Ganter in taking over Mediane, strengthening its management structure (notably by recruiting a new CEO with responsibility for development) and carrying out its first add-on acquisition, Initiative & Finance sold its stake in a secondary MBO led by Turenne Santé.
