Home Our investments IDO-IN
IDO-In has been developing and integrating software solutions for healthcare establishments since 2002. Its case management, exchange and sharing and telemedicine solutions enable the digitalization of the various processes in the patient journey, encompassing hospital and non-hospital care, as well as prevention, identification and coordination processes for complex conditions. IDO-In was born in 2013 from the carve-out of the health business of the SQLI group, set up by Initiative & Finance alongside Omar Mrani, the "father" of the IdeoSanté software suite. As soon as it went independent, the company enjoyed strong growth in France and internationally, with its revenue rising from €8 million to €13 million in 3 years. In 2014, IDO-In completed a strategic add-on acquisition by taking over Covalia, one of the leading players in a then fledgling telemedicine sector. In early 2016, IDO-In was sold to the MAINCARE SOLUTIONS Group, the leader in the sector in France, equipping more than 80% of university hospitals, and Omar Mrani became Deputy CEO of the new group, with responsibility for development.
