FAK

The FAK group is an industrial holding company specializing in the digital printing of POS advertising materials and signage, with several manufacturing and design sites in the Rhône-Alpes region, spanning a total of 18,000 m². The group supports large corporations (advertisers, supermarket retailers) as well as SMEs through its website 123imprim.com, with total revenues of nearly €20 million.

Since Initiative & Finance acquired a stake in the business, which enabled the acquisition of Armony Signalétique, the FAK Group has continued its ambitious digitalization strategy by developing an e-procurement platform for its major accounts to help them with their digital transformation and in centralizing their non-strategic procurement.
