Founded in 1979, EDEA specializes in landscaping of green spaces, earthworks and forestry. With solid experience of landscaping in complex and dangerous environments, as well as working with helicopters, the company essentially serves the south of France, and has its own fleet of equipment.
In 2019, Initiative & Finance structured an MBO deal with the management, following the retirement of the founder. Since then, the company has completed two add-on acquisitions to strengthen its geographical coverage and expand its range of services.
