DGI

A distributor of construction equipment in the Centre region of France and some Spanish regions, the DGI group (W41TP, W45TP, W86TP), created in 1995, extended its business to include the exclusive domestic distribution of environmentally friendly Doppstadt shredders in France and Spain. The group was hit by a market downturn due to the 2008/2009 crisis, but remained profitable and was able to service its debts. Separated from its Spanish subsidiary, it refocused on France and rediscovered a path to growth. The company was taken over in 2014 by a new fund alongside founder Denis Guérin and his Administration and Finance Director.
