BABYMOOV GROUP

Founded in 1997, Babymoov Group is one of the French leaders in small and medium-sized childcare, specializing in the design, development, and distribution of innovative products such as food processors, audio and video monitors, baby bouncers, etc. The company has two complementary brands, Babymoov and Badabulle, whose products are distributed both in e-commerce and in physical stores. The group is present in France but generates c.50% of its sales internationally. After a long-prepared transition, the founders, who leaded the company for 25 years, joined the Supervisory Board, leaving the executive functions to the three managers who have significantly contributed to the group's performance: Pierre Magro, Sandrine Monestier and Célia Grignon. In 2023, Babymoov Group acquired Delta Diffusion, the Belgian owner of the Doomoo brand, which specializes in maternity and baby comfort products.
