Initiative & Finance is an independent investment firm owned by its partners. Committed for more than 40 years alongside small and mid-cap management teams, I&F helps them achieve their development and shareholding ambitions with the support of 2 dedicated teams.
Initiative & Finance supports entrepreneurs and small or mid-cap managers in their buyouts, transfers, acquisitions and growth (internal or external) projects. We provide the perspective and expertise of a professional shareholder to help them face their financing, strategic, governance and organizational challenges as well as addressing sustainability issues.
We enable our shareholders executives to carry out their projects – buyouts, transfers, acquisitions, growth, business model adaptation, etc. – in the best possible conditions, while helping to give their companies solid strategic and structural fundamentals.
