Mathilde Boyer

Mathilde joined Initiative & Finance in July 2021 as a full-time analyst after an internship extended via and a 6-month fixed-term contract. She interned in M&A at CM-CIC Transaction PME and then discovered more about Private Equity players thanks for an internship at BNP Paribas CIB in the Financial Sponsors Coverage team.

Since she joined Initiative & Finance, she has been involved in several operations, including the primary MBO of JM Polymers, a major player in the plastic industry in France and worldwide, and the MBO of Briconord, a finishing products and housing enhancement specialist.

Mathilde graduated from EDHEC Business School with a double degree in Management / MSc Corporate Finance and Banking.
