Biography
Clémence joined Initiative & Finance in April 2024 as Principal.
Clémence benefits from c.10 years of experience in the private equity industry. She started her carrier in 2015 at Butler Industries in the restructuring teams before joining CAPZA in 2017 in the Flex Equity team where she held the position of Principal.
Clémence has been involved in numerous buyout and expansion capital transactions in a variety of sectors including among others education, technology, healthcare and industry.
She holds a MSc from ESSEC business school.
