Initiative & Finance invests in equity in profitable companies across all business sectors as a majority or minority shareholder alongside management teams. I&F invests between €3m to €80m through its two strategies SME and TOMORROW.
Initiative & Finance gathers two investment teams managing funds dedicated to:
– French, Belgian and Swiss small-cap with sales usually between €5m and €75m ;
– French and continental European mid-cap companies with sales usually between €50m and €250m.
The SME team, which represents I&F legacy business, invests between €3m and €20m in small-cap companies of all business sectors.
The TOMORROW team invests between €20m and €80m in growing mid-cap companies being strongly committed to environmental transition.
