OCELLIS

Set up in 1999 by Christophe Pinot, CEO, Ocellis is a general contractor initially present in the Paris region and active in the design, renovation, fitting out and maintenance of tertiary spaces (including retail and hotels). The group then diversified with the creation in 2018 of Ocellis Energie, a specialist in HVAC engineering, and expanded with the launch of Ocellis Région in 2021 (Lyon, Bordeaux, Lille, Marseille, Nantes, and Toulouse). With a strong track-record of successful projects, Ocellis has more than doubled in size in 3 years to exceed €85m sales in 2023, mainly through organic growth. The group targets all market players (owners and tenants for small and large surfaces). In the coming years, Ocellis intends to maintain its momentum by maintaining its national expansion with new branch openings and by reinforcing its technical offering. The Group will also accelerate its external growth strategy, targeting complementary expertise in markets that are still highly fragmented.
