Offibat offers a wide range of services for the residential sector in Paris area through 4 subsidiaries : Cide-Elec (electricity and home refurbishment), TSO Reali (locksmithing and metal structure), RSCP (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and COPCIE (roof covering, plumbing, watertightness). The main subsidiary of the Group, Cide-Elec is today one of the leading providers of electrical services in Paris area with strong market positions in renovation, maintenance and repairs for customers such as social housing or private actors.

Initiative & Finance has partnered with Benjamin Pariselle, Bertrand Chenu and part of their team to take over the Group in an MBO operation in December 2022. This operation has two main objectives : increase the Management teams stake in the share capital and enable Offibat to reinforce its service offering through selective external growth operations.
