Founded in 2016, Monetivia is a company specialized in real estate and wealth engineering. With its various offering in old real estate sale in bare ownership, including the Monetivia Contract, its flagship offer for families, which is more secure and ethical than life annuity sales, the company has positioned itself at the crossroads of two major market trends: the seniors’ need to transform their real estate savings into liquidity and the working people’s need to save for their retirement.

Since its launch, Monetivia has generated more than 200 transactions for an equivalent of €200M of real estate sold. The company is profitable and has seen its revenue grow by 120% in 2021 compared to 2020.

By raising €2.5 million from Initiative & Finance, Monetivia, which already operates in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Cannes, Bordeaux and Rennes, intends to continue its coverage of main cities of France, to invest to educate the market and to raise its recognition, to make itself better known by its prescribers and to expand its sales and support teams.
