Home Our investments PURE TRADE
Founded in 1996 within a communications group (The Brand Nation) as a subsidiary dedicated to sourcing consumer products, Pure Trade has transformed itself since the late 2000s to become a fully fledged player in the world of packaging (design, sourcing) for the luxury and cosmetics sectors. Initiative & Finance invested in the Group through a transformative operation entailing the spin-off of Pure Trade from its parent company, an increase in Stefane Ladous's stake, and the acquisition of a historical partner in Asia. Pure Trade Worldwide is now present on nearly every continent, with sales subsidiaries in Paris, Barcelona, New York and Hong Kong, and a network of production plants in China. The company is involved in the design, development and production of promotional gift boxes, packaging and accessories. Its customer portfolio primarily consists of big names such as Dior, Guerlain, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, Clarins and Paco Rabanne. After 5 years of growth and structuring of the Group, Pure Trade was sold in an MBO to the fund Sparring Capital, which completed another operation along with Stefane Ladous and Virginie Honoré.
