When the French professional training market was reformed, the management decided to structure a primary MBO to take over the company when its founder retired. They chose to join forces with Initiative & Finance for its expertise in digital industries and its understanding of the challenges ahead, in terms of both technological developments and the need to structure the company to support the rapid development expected.
